YouTuber FiveTealHigh shared a video unlike anyone else has. It is a video documented case of a shotgun barrel launch.
In this video three duck hunters take shots at incoming birds. Incredibly one shotgun barrel launches off it’s receiver and ends up outside of the hunting blind. Was it a faulty load or a shotgun fired enough that the barrel connection loosened? Waterfowling is tough on both shotguns and hunters but this is the first time I have ever heard of a launched barrel.
Always pay attention to your loads and firearms maintenance. No hunters were harmed in this video but it certainly is an eye opening experience.
