My wife and I, as seasoned kayakers, have gone the route of the bulky traditional recreational kayaks in the past. Jess and I just couldn’t wait to get the Tucktec Pro 2025 Folding Kayak out to our favorite waterways. Set up is quite simple when you practice it a couple times at home. Also, the folds become easier to use after a couple times opening and closing them. We practiced a couple times at home and then it was on the water for the real test.
I was the first on the water with the Tucktec Pro 2025 Folding Kayak during testing. I found the kayak is very sturdy and is the perfect platform for exploring waterways, fishing and just all around enjoying being on the water without all of the bulk of normal non-folding watercraft. The Tucktec Pro 2025 Folding Kayak tracked great even without the included skeg attached, but was a dream when added.
Jess was quite anxious to test out the Tucktec Pro 2025 Folding Kayak too! Right away she took to the handy kayak like a duck to water.
At this point I ran into the real problem, there was one Tucktec Pro 2025 Folding Kayak and she didn’t want to come back to shore so I could use it too! This little boat is a blast to use and yes it is highly addictive!
What can we say about our overall experience with the Tucktec Pro 2025 Folding Kayak? It is extremely compact to transport and can be brought to waterways where a normal kayak or any boat for that matter would be impractical. It was very comfortable for my 6′ tall stature and for my wife’s smaller size too. The adjustable seat and foot rest made switching users a breeze.
The Tucktec Pro 2025 Folding Kayak handles like a regular hard shell kayak without all of the bulk to transport. If you love being on the water but hate the problems a full size non-collapsible traditional kayak or an inflatable one has, the Tucktec Pro 2025 Folding Kayak is a great match for your needs.
