For this review I thought of the areas where I spend a large amount of time: the great outdoors. I also thought about the lightest weight & heaviest hitting handgun I own. Well that would have to be the lightweight Smith & Wesson Model 329 in .44 magnum. That big bore revolver with two spare speedloaders in a quality leather shoulder holster would be hard to beat for both utility and concealment under a light jacket or even worn alone where open carry is not an issue.
When I received the Craft Holsters Vertical Roto Shoulder Holster I was pleased as always by the craftsmanship and quality materials used for this heavy duty holster. Stitching and all hardware are built for abuse. Last thing you want is a holster to fail when out in public or the wilds.
If you are not familiar with the Craft Holsters Vertical Roto Shoulder Holster it is an amazing invention. When you unclasp the retention strap the whole inner holster tilts forward for an easy draw. The Craft Holsters Vertical Roto Shoulder Holster carries as a vertical holster but draws easy like a horizontal holster! Brilliant!
Speedloaders are held in the opposite side in these well built double buttoned leather pouches. Once again, check out the craftsmanship!

Optional to use belt loops are also supplied if you like to use them. They’ll also help keep your pants up too!

The whole Craft Holsters Vertical Roto Shoulder Holster is so very comfortable to wear and work in. Everything is tucked up high with my adjustments and out of the way. Also, this keeps your carry handgun off your belt and away from other gear. It avoids handgun bumps into your long gun while traveling the woodland trails.
