Right out of the package I could certainly see that this lightweight shirt was going to be a great help, not just on the water while I am fishing and kayaking.

The long sleeves kept the sun burn away, but also kept biting insects from making a mess too! The hood is an absolute must and is roomy enough to wear over hats. The color also blends in well with the summer landscape, but allows you to also not look like you are about to storm a fortress or such endeavor. This is especially important for public areas where you might scare the fancy populace if decked out in your old hunting cammies.
