Our patches are 100% flannel cotton and cross woven to hold more Rusteprufe® Nitro Solvent and Oil than non woven patches.
The woven texture also does a better job of holding on to fouling and other debris than non woven patches made of other materials.
Our patches are lint free. This means no lint in your action, barrel, or on you.
We believe in using the right tool for the right job! Using the right size patch that designed for gun cleaning gives a far better result than using other patches that are made of cut up T-shirts and underwear!!

If you have ever used cheaply made cleaning patches you will certainly remember the lint that was left behind. Rusteprufe has raised the bar dramatically for quality that you will notice instantly.
What to clean first for the testing? How about a 1911 .45 ACP. pistol?
Wiping down all parts (including the wood) with the Rusteprufe applicator I noticed an instant change as plenty of Rusteprufe wiped away fouling and carbon deposits.
A patch complete with a saturation of Rusteprufe took care of the barrel cleaning and also preservation. Well that was too easy!
My next test was actually on a flea market vintage Daisy Model 25 BB Gun. This ‘ole gal was complete with a wood stock and in dire need of wiping down and lubrication. Rusteprufe was certainly up to that task!
